This Privacy Policy explains how Pulse on Prosperity® Ltd and Pulse on Prosperity® Working Together CIC collect, use, store and protect personal information.

It applies when you use our website, contact us, complete a form, register for an event, attend Prosperity Potlucks™, join a programme, subscribe to updates, take part in community work, make a payment or communicate with us.

2. Who we are

Pulse on Prosperity® Ltd delivers mentoring, consultancy, leadership development, ecosystem building and related services.

Pulse on Prosperity® Working Together CIC is a Community Interest Company created to deliver community benefit through ethical leadership, mentoring, community connection, facilitated gatherings and social impact initiatives.

Depending on the service, event, programme or enquiry, the relevant organisation will be responsible for the personal information collected and used.

3. Our work

Our work may include mentoring, consultancy, leadership development, community events, facilitated gatherings, training, partnership work, Prosperity Potlucks™, facilitator pathways, newsletters, funded projects, impact gathering, relationship led community building, Kids Café while in development, and any future youth or intergenerational projects, where applicable.

Kids Café is currently in development under Pulse on Prosperity® Working Together CIC. as a planned Prosperity Habitat™ for young people aged 10 to 18 in Salisbury. It is not currently in active delivery and will not move into active delivery until appropriate safeguarding, operational, financial and governance arrangements have been agreed.

We collect and use personal information only where it is needed to communicate with people, manage bookings or registrations, deliver our work, support participation, process payments, meet legal or safeguarding responsibilities, monitor impact, manage relationships and keep appropriate records.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through Kajabi, PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, BACS or direct bank transfer.

When you make a payment, your payment information is handled securely by the relevant payment provider. We do not store full card details ourselves.

Payment providers may process personal information in line with their own privacy policies and security procedures. This may include information needed to process the transaction, prevent fraud, issue receipts, manage subscriptions or meet legal and financial obligations.

8. Lawful basis for using information

We only use personal information where we have a lawful basis to do so.

This may include:

Consent, where someone has given permission
Contract, where information is needed to provide a service or manage an agreement
Legal obligation, where we are required to keep or share information by law
Legitimate interests, where we have a clear and fair reason to use information

Where safeguarding, welfare, health or other sensitive information is involved, we will take additional care and identify the appropriate lawful basis and additional condition required under UK GDPR.

Where we rely on consent, consent can be withdrawn at any time.

9. Children, young people and safeguarding

Kids Café is currently in development under Pulse on Prosperity® Working Together CIC. as a planned Prosperity Habitat™ for young people aged 10 to 18 in Salisbury.

Kids Café is not currently in active delivery. Before Kids Café or any future youth delivery begins, safeguarding arrangements, consent processes, privacy information, risk assessments and governance arrangements will be reviewed and agreed.

Where our work involves children, young people or people who may be at risk, we may need to collect additional information to support safety, consent, access, welfare and safeguarding.

Safeguarding information will be treated confidentially and shared only where necessary, such as with the Designated Safeguarding Lead, the Board, local authority safeguarding teams, emergency services or other relevant agencies where required to protect someone from harm.

10. Newsletters and email updates

If you subscribe to our newsletter or email updates, we will use your name and email address to send information about our work, events, programmes and opportunities.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly at [email protected].

We do not sell personal information.
