is a dynamic mentor, business consultant, visionary, and thought leader, with a passion for building local ecosystems. As the founder of multiple ventures—including a social enterprise, an international mentoring and consultancy business, and a property company—Rebecca is on a mission to transform the traditional business model. Her work focuses on bridging businesses and communities to foster global prosperity. Deeply rooted in family values, Rebecca is married with three children and a home filled with beloved pets. She brings her vision of collaboration and community from the heart of her home to the wider world

Has over 30 years of experience in finance, credit control, and customer service — and he loves his numbers. As Finance Director across both Pulse on Prosperity® and Pulse on Prosperity® Working Together CIC, he ensures stability and clarity while also being a huge support to Rebecca and their family. A dedicated family man with a steady hand, Matt brings both expertise and heart to the team.

She is the founder of EKHOS, an international platform connecting India, Latin America, and the UK to strengthen impact communities. Jessica has also worked with global organisations including UN Women, UNICEF, and UNHCR, and founded Marcas que Marcan, a conscious branding agency supporting people and organisations putting people and the planet first. With a background spanning teaching, research, and international collaboration, she brings both vision and lived experience to her work. Jessica is also a proud mom, deeply committed to creating a more just and sustainable world.

Richard brings creativity, energy, and lived wisdom to the vision of Pulse on Prosperity®, supporting communities to grow stronger together.
