What's Growing Next? Facilitators, Prosperity Spark and New Possibilities
Over the past two years, one of the statements being said more and more is:
"Please tell me when you have a Potlucks in my area I would like to come along"
It is a statement that always makes me smile because it tells us something important.
People are not simply liking the idea they are hearing.
They are engaged in the impact we share and want to experience the value of bringing people together in this way and imagining what might be possible within their own communities.
As Prosperity Potlucks™ continues to grow, we have been reflecting on how we can support more people, more communities and more opportunities without losing the values that make the tables special.
At the heart of this next chapter is community leadership.
Because lasting change rarely comes from one organisation trying to do everything.
It happens when local people step forward, share responsibility, support one another and create opportunities within their own communities.
That is the future we are beginning to build towards.
The Prosperity Potlucks™ Facilitator Pathway
One of the ways we are supporting that future is through the development of our Prosperity Potlucks™ Facilitator Pathway.
The pathway is being designed to support people who believe in the power of bringing people together and who share our values of connection, collaboration and community.
Through mentoring, guidance and practical support, future facilitators will have the opportunity to explore bringing Prosperity Potlucks™ to their own locations whilst remaining connected to the wider ecosystem. This is an opportunity to learn exactly what we do in the background to facilitate the way we do.
We are currently beginning to gather interest and look forward to supporting the first people who wish to explore this journey with us.

Alongside this, we continue to develop Prosperity Spark.
Prosperity Spark has grown from a simple belief that sometimes the smallest acts of support can create the greatest impact.
A useful introduction.
A practical resource.
A shared opportunity.
A helping hand at the right moment.
Sometimes it is not a lack of ability that prevents people from moving forward.
Sometimes it is simply a lack of connection, confidence, support or opportunity.
Through Prosperity Spark, we aim to offer small acts of practical support that help people, ideas and community initiatives move forward.
Prosperity Spark exists to help bridge gaps and encourage support, opportunity and prosperity to circulate more fairly throughout our communities.
Whilst Prosperity Potlucks™ bring people together around the table, Prosperity Spark helps ensure that ideas, opportunities and support continue flowing beyond it.

Looking Ahead
Both the Facilitator Pathway and Prosperity Spark represent the next stage of what we are building.
Not simply more events.
Not simply more locations.
But more opportunities for people to contribute, participate, connect and support one another.

As we look ahead, we are excited to continue exploring what becomes possible when communities are supported to lead, collaborate and grow together.
